With yout knees placed evely shoulder-width apart on the non-slip knee pad, hold the handles of the Power Slider infront of you. Slowly push the unit forward, extending your arms at first, then as the ressitance increases, stretching out your torso. Do not overstretch! When stretched as far as is comfotable, relax your muscles and the unit will pull you back towards your initial position. Start with one or two, and if you feel confident, up to five repetitions on the first day.
